Cancellations

You can cancel your order free of charge within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed for express dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges on eligible items within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Eligible Items: Heavy-duty raincoats and premium umbrellas must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and returned with all original tags and carrying sleeves attached.

Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene and single-use functionality, one-time-use disposable raincoats (ponchos) are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable once the individual protective packaging has been opened.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected at our atelier, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
